Production Processes
Flok Ambalaj's design department consists of a professional team that understands its customers and creates the most appropriate, creative packaging designs. Designed technical drawings are mapped onto the substrate using a plotter.
The professional graphic design team conducts the necessary checks on customer artwork using all graphic programs on a Mac and PC platform, and upon approval, prepares the product for printing.
Flok Ambalaj is the first and only UGRA PSO-certified cardboard packaging company in Türkiye. Like FOGRA, UGRA adheres to the ISO 12647-2 color standard. In addition to FOGRA, UGRA covers all processes from artwork to post-press. This streamlines the process from graphics to printing, enabling faster and more efficient print approvals. Ink production is carried out in our state-of-the-art ink laboratory, achieving excellent results. Our laboratory uses Digital Proof or a digital library as a reference.
Digital data prepared for printing is transferred to plates using CTP technology. Before printing, the dot values on the plates are checked with an IC Plate plate controller.
Digital data is transmitted digitally to the printing presses using the Integration Color Pilot system.

» To ensure sustainable print quality, we use Integration Color Pilot and Prinect Image Control Systems to maintain consistent color values delivered to the presses.
» Our 6-color, inline, dual-coating presses use UV or conventional inks and varnishes. (Our offset machinery was upgraded with the latest machines from Manroland and Heidelberg in 2012 and 2016.)

To achieve the details that enliven and add excitement to designs, we use:
» Hot foil application is carried out with our state-of-the-art 70 x 100 cm foiling machine.
» Shaping and inline embossing are carried out with our five 70 x 100 cm cutting machines.
» We provide services with five spraying and hot glue-equipped folding and gluing machines.
» Using the latest cutting technology, we significantly increase our customers' production speed, especially in automatically filled packaging.
» Hot foil application is carried out with our state-of-the-art 70 x 100 cm foiling machine.
» Shaping and inline embossing are carried out with our five 70 x 100 cm cutting machines.
» We provide services with five spraying and hot glue-equipped folding and gluing machines.
