Quality Assurance and Control

Flok Ambalaj's Quality Assurance Department implements planned and systematic activities to ensure sufficient confidence that a product or service meets specified quality requirements. Furthermore, all customer requirements are determined in advance and collaborative efforts are undertaken.

The purpose of the Quality Assurance System is:
» To consider the entire system as a chain of processes that directly or indirectly impact quality,
» To ensure the continuity of quality and initiate efforts that will enable Flok Ambalaj to achieve the targeted quality level in the most effective way,
» To ensure compliance, continuously monitor results, and take necessary measures.

As Flok Ambalaj, we manufacture in accordance with BRC IoP, ISO9001:2015, and international systems. A team of nine people, working in full harmony with Quality Control, embraces the principle of "High Quality, Zero Defects." Quality Control at Flok Ambalaj: This is ensured by performing each production process separately. Thus, any errors that occur in each process are detected on-site, and the next process begins with "Quality Control Approved" products.
